Launched in March 2025 to coincide with International Women’s Day, our collaboration with Stripe & Stare marks Barneby Gates’ first foray into sleepwear, bringing together two female-founded British brands united by a shared love of comfort, quality and considered design. The limited-edition capsule reimagines our signature hand-drawn stripe motifs across a collection of pyjamas, crafted in Stripe & Stare’s famously soft, sustainably sourced fabrics.
Designed in a soft spring palette of blue and pink, echoing our Painter’s Stripe wallpaper and fabric, the collection captures the effortless charm of English pattern-making translated into relaxed, everyday luxury. Crafted using innovative, lower-impact fabric technology derived from responsibly sourced wood pulp, each piece reflects a mutual commitment to sustainability as well as beautifully made design — intended to be worn at home, and beyond.
