Launched in Autumn 2023, our collaboration with Burleigh Pottery brings together two heritage British brands with a shared love of timeless English design and traditional craftsmanship. Long admired for its beautifully handmade ceramics and renowned tissue-transfer printing technique, Burleigh has been a fixture in English Homes for generations — its iconic blue-and-white pottery adorning kitchen dressers across the country.
Together we reimagined two of Burleigh’s most beloved ceramic patterns as wallpapers: Asiatic Pheasant, originally introduced in 1862, and Calico, first produced in 1968. Translating these classic motifs from pottery to wallpaper felt like a natural evolution — preserving their nostalgic charm while bringing their enduring beauty to the walls of the home. We hope these designs will become as cherished in interiors as the original ceramics have long been on dresser shelves of English homes.
